One of my favorite lounges to relax in at Walt Disney World is the Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian. The hand-crafted cocktails are unique and there is something to suit any palate. You cannot go wrong an old-fashioned (they have a seasonal old-fashioned with handmade seasonal syrup), or martini (they offer 6 different types), but this lovely drink is the Island Rose. The Island Rose is made with Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose vodka, Lime, Orgeat (Almond), Pineapple, Bitters, and Rose Water and it. is. delicious.

They also have some delicious small plates, including a cheese plate, truffle fries, and brisket and bleu cheese sliders if you are hungry. They are all wonderful!
